Selma or soulma was rude & bad at the front desk I had gone to oc3 with my ID & e-documents my physical med rec card is still being mailed because it got renewed & I took a friend the lady who first helped me was very nice told me I just needed to email it to them & I was good. I proceed to come back 3 days later & soulma or Selma the lady at the counter was bad at cus service & rude she told me without my physical copy she would not let me in & after waiting for a while someone else came inside without a physical copy but e documents & she let him, I stare at her letting him in & she asks if I had my documents yes I did but she kept telling me no without physical med rec had me wasting my time because she doesnt the rules to her job.
