Literally horrible online ordering system. I drive hours to pick up some of the good deals this place has only to arrive and they are out of everything I ordered and don’t offer me substitutions for the same deal, they offer me more expensive substitutions. This has happened like 5 times now and the last time I called first before we drove there and they said yes we have your stuff, I drive there, and all of sudden they don’t have the stuff that I placed an order for. They won’t offer any type of deal or anything to make the situation better, just eye rolls due to me wanting my correct order. I don’t buy things based on THC I buy strains I want to try. So I don’t want random distillate substitutions that cost MORE than the live resin options I chose. I’m sad to write this review because I love the quality and price of rosins at this store but they are killing me. I don’t Know why I continue to go here.
