Nice shop with good staff. Short sighted business practices that are pretty stupid, but again, a nice shop and friendly people. For service, they seem to have it together until they don’t and then it fails spectacularly. I was once forgotten in their lobby as they just assumed I was waiting for a pickup order or something. Another time, I attempted to utilize their my points in their reward system and was essentially given the flight equivalent of a black-out day. “Oh yeah you can’t use your points for that because we don’t have the margin” I have an unfortunate habit and have spent $2,500 over the last three and half months at the shop. Seems like they could’ve found a way to let me use my points instead of telling me that their margin is what prevented the use. Pretty dumb way to flip a loyal customer, eh?
