I am a regular. I have been coming here weekly for about a year, except when in CO. Went to High Tide once or twice. I now am going to shop at High Tide ALL of the time. Came in for the koozie special on the Keef Cola’s. Absolutely love ‘em. Chucklehead who rings me up, short guy dark hair, forgets about it until reminded by other cashier, she seemed like a nice lady. He walks 10ft to a box, I can see all different colors. He grabs an orange one (my least favorite flavor). I politely ask him if I can get a purple one, he hits me with “we’re not choosing them, we’re just picking”. I say “Hey, I got 4 sodas can I get another one” Cashier says “No.” I get it was one per order, just trying to get my purple koozie… I don’t know what that guy is smoking but it ain’t grass, and he can go pound sand on the beach! Glad I got my orange koozie to remind me I only shop where I can get good customer service, at High Tide!
