Poor customer service, lacking knowledgeable staff, lack of integrity, and lack of quality. I purchased a $65 eighth from them, opened it in front of them to check the quality and found white dots on it. It looked like powdery mildew and had remnants of damascus earth or perlite in the bud. The manager inspected the sample jars(which what the buds are supposed to look like) they had and its looked nothing like the defective jar i purchased. They refused to exchange the defective flower, provide refund, or any type of compensation. They took down my information on paper which was also weird since they had all my information from my file and I.D. Avoid this dispensary if you are looking for a store with integrity, quality, and friendly/knowledgeable staff.
