2 weeks ago I bought a gram of Element Slurricane. When I opened the jar a few days later, it saw that it was basically empty. There is only a small smear of rock hard resin on the bottom of the jar. I emailed them, with pictures. A couple days later the replied asking me to confirm the location. I responded...and..nothing. I've even emailed back a couple times and heard nothing. I've also reached out to Element and haven't got a reply either. So, F' Puff and F' Element. π

Hey, we are unaware of this email, It is very possible it is a different locations emails. Please call or come in and ask for a manager we would love to make this right and hook you up with some product! We unfortunately can't quality check every item from every brand when it leaves the store, but we are very sorry to hear this happened.
