DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!! WORK CULTURE IS TRASH!!! Working at Puretonic Dispensary was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. Despite my enthusiasm and readiness to contribute, I was let go after just three days—without proper explanation. It felt as though I was used as a token hire to make the company look good on paper, which was both unprofessional and disheartening. The workplace culture, driven by immature and ego-driven management (specifically Christine in leadership), creates a toxic environment. This lack of professionalism is undoubtedly fueling the high turnover rate the company is experiencing. I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting time, energy, and money acquiring a Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) card or running around to meet onboarding requirements for this company, only to be dismissed due to management’s inability to lead effectively. Puretonic Dispensary needs to seriously reevaluate its leadership and how it treats employees if it wants to succeed. Until then, I can’t recommend this place to anyone—either as a workplace or as a business.”
