I been coming here since 2012-2013, the only thing I get here is shatter. If you look at my purchase history for the last 10+ years, it’s always been shatter. Every time I place an order, I put a request in the comment for a solid piece of shatter, strains doesn’t matter to me. I just want to be able to snap off a piece and dunk it on my nail and not have to use a dabber. And some how every single time I place an order I would get delivered something that's been packaged from like 8 months ago. Or the gram has been sitting at a humid place for so long that it began to buttered / sugared up. It’s literally like scooping up wet sand. Is it that god damn hard to train your employees to read the request and just give me what I ordered? And when I call to get it fixed, I get told that it was the best possible strain I could have gotten. Packaged 8 months ago back in May? It’s like this place is dumping their unwanted and unsold leftovers inventory. Which is such a shady business practice.
