Since new management has been in place, the stores customer service has declined further still. I tipped well, never gave purspirit any problems but now they're changing my level of service and refuse return a phone call much less deliver. What disappoints me isn't so much Purspirit denying delivery after 5 years. It's that I typed into the order instructions on my last order and whoever filled it disregarded my instructions to contact me or I was just flat out ignored until I showed up. My pickup instructions read "Delivery unavailable it says, can you call me to confirm. I've been a delivery customer for 5 years?" Hours pass. No call came. I had to go to the location just before they closed to secure my purchase only to be met with the new manager who never apologized for ignoring me, simply stated that the previous manager allowed deliver but she won't since I'm 1 mile out of area. Fine but like.. you could have called, been courteous at any point. But no. She wasn't. She never even gave her name. This is certainly not the first issue I've had at purspirit cannabis but this will be my last. She cared not about my 5 loyal years of buying an ounce every 2-3 weeks like clockwork. Thousands spent but no more. If I'm to be treated with such apathy, I can drive the 3 extra miles to the Hill. Purspirit ignored me, I certainly return the favor. Pickup instructions are more of a guideline, not a rule apparently. See Pirate Capt. Barbossa, Pirates of the Caribbean. The Hill have a larger weed selection and also have $99-$130 ounces all week just as Purspirit does. Avoid new management. Her demeanor to me was dismissive and indifferent. She didn't care one bit about my well thought out concerns. I never received an apology for any of it. What she gave me was not apology. Maybe a snotty 4th graders apology, but not a business professional, sincere one, no. I called today to confirm they wouldn't deliver. I wish I could relay the apathy I received from the GM. Whom still never gave me her name. No matter, plenty of dispensaries near me.
