Went to reefinery for my 1st time b4 spring break to try there house live carts. Got one and didn't try it until Missouri big mistake didn't work at all. Took it back at the end of week they traded me another one and of course got to the car and it didn't work at all either. Manager swapped out for a 3rd one 10th planet I believe and it worked. Good service just learned to double check vape carts b4 leaving town....

On behalf of the Reefinery I would like to apologize for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, when you purchase a product and it is faulty we are more than happy to swap it out with the exact same product that was originally purchased, but we are not able to refund cash back/or swap out the faulty product with a completely different product. We do encourage all customers to check the products they have purchased thoroughly before leaving the store just to ensure the products work, as well as to keep everybody happy. If you'd like to, come into the store sometime next week Monday-Thursday anytime between 11am-5pm the manager will be in and she'd be more than happy to get this problem resolved! Be sure to bring in the GME live resin cart with the original packaging and we will get this taken care of.
