I am a trans woman that lives just a few blocks from Ripped City Greenz. I am there multiple times a week and the employees are so kind to me until today 9/13/23. The man working behind the counter persistently misgendered me, even though I am very clearly a woman. When I told him I was leaving and informed him of my grievances he chuckled, making no attempt at an apology. Although the other employees have been kind to a viable trans woman when I came into the store, this man was not. I am deeply hurt and will never be returning to Ripped City Greenz. And I will make sure to warn the trans community that this is NOT a safe establishment to enter.
