Well i been saving my points so I could buy myself something so I go into the dispensary today waa going ti get a pen i had over 6000 points so I ask how many points I have lady says 500 I was like wtf???said the started taking the points every 6 months no notice nothing just took my points i spent thousands of dollars to get i fell robbed and it makes me not want to go back ever again I will have people stand in front of this establishment letting them know they are robbing their customers..no email nothing basically said fck me...bas customer service i don't recommend anyone shop here...story in brookpark is my new home dispensary from this day forward don't shop here......
