I just left the platte location and I'm a little frustrated. First time coming back In awhile I completely understand that have to put my card in but to have someone do it that's having so many issues doing it and the wait time . 2nd I get in back because I want to use the 65 a Oz coupon on weedmaps i guess due to building you can't get service so then was told you can go back outside and get service out there . I'm like this is outrageous having to go outside and come back in when it was a struggle to get in. Why won't you just redeem my 65 Oz I understand it only 5 dollars but I person that's on a budget 5 dollars is a lot and it's frustrating they wouldn't redeem specially after they told me yeah will redeem it but we don't get service in here. Thanks for reading I'm sure Nothing will done but I'm sure I'm not speaking alone on this . also contacted shannon general manager and not respond back . guess that right there tells you how much they care about patients
