I’m very dissatisfied with this establishment: allow me to preface: I have worked in the Cannabis industry, on the front end, back end and I’ve work at a cannabis delivery call center, as well as consulting; so I am well aware of the difficulties that come with operating such a business. Like many delivery services in California, Royal Apothecary has a complete disregard for keeping an accurate inventory of their on-hand products. This creates a huge disservice to your customers, in the form of long and inaccurate wait times, an inconsistent menu that create regular frustration for your clients, when trying to order. 90% of the time the items(s) that I order are not available, and that is pure negligence, and a lack of necessity costumer service. Furthermore there should never be a reason why my order is not bagged and stapled every time. You really owe it to your staff, drivers and budtenders, (who get tips) as well as your customers to resolve this issue, and I hope you do soon.
