I can’t knock their products cause they’ve always been great. It’s their customer service and value which makes me avoid this place. I’m always treated very cold by their staff, almost like they’re annoyed I’m there. I could easily overlook this but I haven’t seen prices higher than theirs since I was 16 and before legalization. I can get the same Rugged Roots strains sold here but for $10/eighth up the road in Chelsea. All said, I’ll shop elsewhere until I’ve heard they reassessed their pricing.
