My service was at livwell but from my frustrating experience there I found out apparently they’re part of this company now, so I’ll leave the review here. The bud tender I saw, Nicholas was very rude of explaining the new points system when I told him I wasn’t understanding. Instead of explaining a different way he just made me feel like I was the one who was dumb. I asked for another person to explain and he said I could “get back in line” i wasnt being a jerk at all when I told him I wasn’t understanding how the new system works and I wanted someone else to help me instead. I went in to redeem my $15 for my birthday n he told me I could only use $10. He sounded like he wasn’t understanding the new system either n that made it worse that we both were unknowledgeable. I’ll never go back to either location just because of him and the way he chose to go about my situation. DO BETTER AT HIRING PEOPLE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOCIAL SKILLS!
