Water hash is made by soaking cannabis in ice water, and then agitating it to release the trichomes from the flower material. The water containing these trichomes is then filtered through up to 9 bags to separate them by size and quality, and dried to produce Water Hash. Properly stored water hash will retain a sandy texture where each trichome head is perfectly and individually preserved. This texture is incredibly hard to keep, as most trichome heads will burst, releasing their oils at temperatures above only 50 or 60 degrees.
