In all my years of experimenting with different dispensaries across three different states (two in a whole dif part of the country, mind you), I have NEVER had such a terrible experience than I just did at StarBuds. Do not let their overly exaggerated click baited deals or rewards online lure you into this crap hole. If THEY make a mistake and overcharge you, they will do nothing to fix it. Specifically, they offered a flash deal for 3.5g of flower at $17 while supplies last. I got charged $10 more for this, and when I brought this to the attention of my bud tender, he said he couldn’t offer me a refund. Sure, I got some prerolls to make up the difference of what could not be refunded, but this is now the second time they botched my transaction like this, AND I was also just told they have just eliminated their reward system a week ago. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. Even CuraLeaf with their inflated prices is better than this place. The carts I get from here always clog and leak anyway…
