Was sold a defective grinder here a couple of weeks ago. The bottom chamber wouldn't screw in and kept falling off, rendering the grinder useless. I tried to see if I could get a replacement but was only offered 10% off my next purchase. I tried to get in contact with the owner to see if there was anything they could do. I was never contacted. After a few days of waiting, I went and spent exactly $399 at Retro Revolution in Plano, where I was sold quality pieces that I already love. Safe to say I won't be using that 10% off coupon and for those of you reading this, I'd steer clear of their sister shops as well unless you want cheap crap from China that probably is lesser quality than what you'll be able to purchase at your local gas station.
