I had an extremely negative experience with a cashier named Nicholas at Stiizy NoHo. From the moment I approached the counter, Nicholas was dismissive, making my transaction feel uncomfortable. I had placed an online order for pickup and had a few questions and instead of fully engaging with me, he starts gathering my order and brushes me off...making me hesitant as a first time customer. After completing my purchase, Nicholas tone was underwhelming. After handing me my bag, he did not relay the normal farewell greeting...by saying "thank you for your purchase". I thought to myself, why is this the type of treatment that I am receiving after completing a purchase. Overall, I felt like my concerns were being completely ignored. I was taken aback by how impolite he was, especially when I tried to politely ask a question about my purchase. Instead of offering helpful assistance, he responded with impatience and appeared irritated. Customer service is about making customers feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, Nicholas's behavior was the complete opposite of that.
