Makes it very unclear what a “defective” product actually is 20 minutes before I came I was struggling to unclog my pod mind you I just purchased 2 days prior so there I was damn near blue at the cheeks and when it cleared I figured to myself this is probably going to be reoccurring it must be “defective” so I took it they say they’d run a test. This is where I started asking questions in my head bc how’re you Going to test pod without hitting it? There’s clearly restricted airflow but you wouldn’t know unless you actually were to draw from it yourself or use an accurate machine so I just say okay. They come back to me basically saying “ oh we used our battery and smoke came out of it so it’s fine” well if you sit there and heat the pod enough of course smoke will come out. so it just more so rubbed me off at Incompetent business practice and brings into question the legitimacy of the test. Because 1 you’re clearly not testing the pod’s effectively and 2 what makes a pod defective then? Always been told if I have problem with oil leakage to bring it in🤦‍♂️
