Stoned Ape was founded by two cousins who’ve been long-time cannabis enthusiasts and advocates. Luis Terrazas graduated from the University of New Mexico, and comes from a business and sales background. Jose Terrazas was in a leadership role in a private security firm. Luis and Jose were both raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and come from Mexican families.
