I purchased two different flowers from them based on their leafly Thc ratings. I asked the tender if these were the two highest THC flowers, and she agreed that they were. silly me didn't check the packaging until I got home. I called to see if they would exchange since they were still completely sealed. They said no and said they have no control of what leaflet puts for thc rating. I asked if there might be a coupon or something that could be offered and was abruptly told, " No, we aren't going to do anything." These were not just a few digits off. one was 19% lower than advertised, and the other was 27% lower. I guess the part that bothers me the most is that I asked the tender a nd was told those were the highest???? I purchased fire cookies the other day on sale that was 13% higher than the two I paid more for. moral of the story is do your research before walking in as some of the tenders may not be experienced or know their product. also, be sure to check your labels before you leave. It seems Story is out of touch with customer satisfaction and will not stand behind what is advertised.
