First time going and both eighths of wax i got were bad/unfinished batches of two different strains that I had employees try to help me avoid. After calling and telling me I could get a refund, I was then told I could only get a replacement if I had the product, which is contradictory to other reviews I've seen. I just hope the owner, Alex, tastes those himself and has some serious contemplation about his sources. Their sister store is Canna RX in whindham and I can't personally smoke anything they sell. Maybe a gem in the rough from time to time but you can never tell. Besides this, the owner must of made it problem for the workers because their attuides changed towards me like it's my fault for having bought a bad product when they recommended it when it shouldn't even be on the shelf. Very poor excuse for customer service. The reason for four stars, is because the owner made it up and switched out the strains i had for others. Was skeptical and not happy at first until I tried them. I just wasn't happy with a trade since I asked for my money back but at least I got something I was happy with. Just wish the atmosphere was better with bad products all-in-all. Won't return.
