RETURN POLICY:

ALL PRE-PACKAGED FLOWER, EDIBLES AND CONCENTRATES - ONCE SEAL IS BROKEN WE ARE UNABLE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ACCORDING TO CALIFORNIA STATE LAW.

Returns / Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. 

CARTRIDGES:

Defective items are eligible for exchange ONLY under following conditions:

-cracked 

-leaked (must be at least half full)

-unresponsive (not pulling)

-missing connectors

DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO DELIVERY AND SERVICE FEES.

SUGARBUDZ will not accept returns based on taste, color, empty pods, purchased by mistake or items damaged by customer.
