Hi there. So I have been going to Sunnyside for over 6 years now with only one order mess up but otherwise the people are amazing. Well they have batteries/devices for concentrates, unfortunately you can't test them out before you leave but I saw that if you have a defective battery that is not human error, they would return or replace it . Well 2 days ago, I got a peak pro after saving for one for almost a year. I got home and charged it to, but it took forever to even start charging and it was completely dead. It took 3 hours to charge. I put it up until that evening, I tried to turn it on to do a heat cycle firs but turned off and it won't do anything now. So not even 24 hours later, I called and I thought since the battery was defective and it was never used and had the receipt, they wouldn't even replace it with another on. So I now have to email puffco support and file a warranty claim and go through the process of shipping to puffco, wait until they approve it , then have one shipped to me, . It can take up to a month or more. I got it from Sunnyside to avoid all of the shipping back and forth. They have no signs by the devices indicating that if your battery doesn't work due to their poor practices, that they won't actually replace it or just refund you. So now im out of the money, i have saved up for a year to finally get a nice piece and wasted lots of time trying to talk to people, file things, write emails, and then wait. When I spent $420 for a glorified paper weight. I highly do not recommend getting devices or batteries here, it's a waste of money and your time..
