We loved Suttera until yesterday. Ordered 1 oz that was 24% THC. Picked it up and looked at it in my car, the entire ounce was 14%. Went back in and was told that I must have gotten a different batch. Said they can’t exchange product, so gave me refund and said to keep it. Sounds great except now I’ve used an ounce of my allotment and can’t get anymore. Stuck with this lousy flower. Suttera’s mistake and I suffer. Not good, they should have checked my order before dispensing.
