Today I went to the Port Saint Lucie location, the associate Angelo, I worked with first asked me to move to one side of the store to stand in line and I stood there waiting for roughly 10 minutes. After that I have as asked to go to the furthest register, on the complete opposite side of where I was asked to stand. There I stood for another 10 minutes, until I was asked to come up. Angelo could tell I was a little agitated and asked if it was a problem that I was asked to walk all the way back around. I said yes, to which he replied ok. Following apathy, Angelo took another 5-10 minutes to tell me that he was out of the 50% off flower. I asked if he could make an exception of another product and he said no. sutera has been my exclusive dispensary of choice until today. It’s very sad that representatives like Angelo are able to single handedly demolish a customer relationship.
