When I first walked in and showed my ID, they scanned it and I was told "sorry, it's expired, you can't come in." Um, no, my ID is very much NOT expired. It says so right on the ID. Never experienced that before anywhere else. Ultimately, they took a look at it and I was let in. I told them what I wanted to purchase, they repeated what I said, and they went to ring me up. At first, they gave me only one of the items I asked for, so I had to ask again for both items I originally requested. Finally, once I got home, I realized that one of the items I got was the wrong strain entirely! They pretty much screwed up every step of the way. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the product did look good and the prices were very reasonable, and they do have some strains I'm interested in. It's just too bad I only got one of them.
