HOW TO TAKE RICK SIMPSON OIL The best way to ingest RSO is to place the oil on the lower gum line and let it dissolve on its own within a few minutes. Some people recommend keeping the syringe in the freezer for at least 24 hours and then allowing it to thaw to make the oil easier to dispense. When taking RSO, the patient should plan to stay at home for the treatment. Some patients do not like RSO’s taste. If you find this to be the case, you can put one, small drop of RSO on a piece of bread to make a dough ball and swallow it as you would a pill.
