I have visited store many times and staff has been really great and very helpful. The 2 star is for cashier 89671, other wise a 5 star for Terrance. However most recent trip was a bad experience with this person very rude and condescending, I hope the cashier number will tell Terrance who this person is because after being very unfriendly refused to give his name, I am sure to protect himself from bad reviews. I love Terrance and have been to the store many times and have spent thousands of dollars. In this case I think you have a bad seed in the bunch and it's a shame because all the other employees have been really great. When you won't give your name your scared of the review, Automaticly makes you guilty of something or fear of something. I suggest you take a very serious look at this employee who is damaging your business. There are other alternatives to your store so please do something about this bad seed and I suggest employees wear name tags so they can easily be identified
