I was in need of delivery since I fell on the stairs. I typed in delivery, and it turned out my order was for pick up. I called to cancel my order and spoke with Karissa, and she said," I can transfer that over for you." I received excellent customer service from Karissa. I will now split my shopping with this dispensary and Embarc. I have never been to this dispensary, but I will visit after I heal. Orin, the delivery man, was polite and friendly.
