After calling and dealing with an employee who was clearly using a sarcastic, mocking attitude towards me, I had to hang up and was unable to get an answer to my pricing question (the website has had out of date pricing for about a year now, so you are forced to call every time for up-to-date pricing). I will not be back again. Whatever male employee working 12/5/21 at 8:30pm needs to be addressed and trained on proper customer service. or possibly find a new job?
