Just left the store, clerk is uneducated as to operations, refused a disabled veteran service due to telling me she could not honor my tax exempt card, then when I informed her it was the law and denying it could result in a $500 fine from the state tax commision she threw my card while cussing at me and told me to get out. I have informed OTC of the incident, her excuse is " i have only worked here 2 days.." Horrible person, wont be back, OTC will contact you as a incident has been reported.
