The Green Standard Dispensary is a Medical Marijuana Dispensary. Our mission is to inspire patients to explore what the world of cannabis has to offer. I ordered online on Wednesday around 620pm. With it being my first time and Wednesday it gave me 50% off my order making my total be 18.75. I had transportation issues and had to wait til the next day. After arriving my ID wouldn’t scan and instead of interning it manually I was forced to go get a new ID to pick up my order. After returning while talking to him he cancels my order and rings me up with only a 30% discount. Plus online it was $35 he charged me $37.50 with 30% off making it $29 which is still more then online price I was expecting. Lester was horrible he just said we would never sell it at that price and wouldn’t see y the price was different. It was a horrible experience with a rude salesman named Lester and I’m wondering if he treats all women like this.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. I would like to reply to the issues you had with us. Regarding the ID, I apologize for the inconvenience. The State of Mississippi requires that ID must be scanned and cannot be entered manually. I wish we had the ability to enter the information manually so as to not have our patients run into the issue that you had. Regarding the pricing issue I also apologize. I am looking into this and you can be certain if there is an issue, it will be fixed. Our online and in-store prices are on the same system so this should never happen. Either way, this should have been taken care of for you and you should have received the 50% off if you were a first time customer. The only way that wouldn't apply is if Leafly recognized you as a new customer but in fact you had shopped with us before. Again, either way, I would like to have the opportunity to make the situation right. Please reach out to me directly at 708-415-4087 so I can correct the situation for you.
