I was charged twice for my order and when I called them to get a refund they said I had to come back. I arrived early in order to beat the rush and get back to work. The employees told me that there was no one there to give me a refund because their accountant had left the company. I did not appreciate the run around as I was overcharged $65 and so I told them they need to give me my refund today! They had security escort me out and thats when i started to be really upset. i threatened to call the cops because they were so in the wrong. thats when the owner (who was in the back the whole time) had them give me a paper check for my refund. absolutley ridiculous! their logic for debit card transactions are arbitrary and dont make sense. when you walk in there is a lot of disorder and not enough employee help. dont go here!
