Was such a big fan of the syndicate shops, my older brothers all go to the Tarzana location and my boyfriend and I come here to the Woodland Hills location. Until recently I’ve had amazing experiences, however the lack of morals, integrity, and the privacy and respect for your customers from your bud tenders is really off putting. Because of this none of my family will be returning customers. Your employee Sandra V recently decided to get my boyfriend‘s number out of your system and sent inappropriate texts him from a (747) number. We have always been nice and polite, which is how we are treated when in any of the other syndicate facilities, but have never in a way gave her or any staff member a reason to think she can get his number and send him desperate text messages trying to meet up at a bar down the street. He is not into pregnant blonde girls, she looks at least in her second trimester, so why is she trying to meet up at bars with male customers? Do better with your staff because this really just makes the shop look bad! Overall, you guys have a great variety of weed and the other staff members are professional, unfortunately this was our experience.
