This place is absolutely so beautiful!!! But when you are greeted with no happy welcomes, and the person at the door can’t even be polite enough to answering a question about curb and metered parking in front of their own building, that’s just a big letdown that takes away all that beauty. Parking is a huge issue here, especially for people who don’t live nearby, like me from Bakersfield. The meter allows 30 minutes, not quite long enough to enjoy and made me feel rushed out. Also, employees should be ALL educated on products they sell. ( IE; percentages and strains). Not all customers are pot savvy, help is needed sometimes (like me) First Impressions are key to great customer service. In my experience, customer service starts at the door when you are greeted.
