I went into this dispensary expecting a smooth, welcoming experience, but it ended up being the exact opposite. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and impatient. I had a few basic questions about products, and instead of getting helpful guidance, I was met with short, dismissive answers that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The wait time was also frustratingly long, even though there were not many customers ahead of me. It felt disorganized, and no one communicated what was going on or how long it would take. When I finally got to the counter, the employee barely acknowledged me, rushed through the transaction, and did not make any effort to ensure I was getting the right product for my needs. Customer service matters, especially in a space where people may need guidance or feel unsure. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and unlikely to return. There are plenty of other dispensaries that prioritize respect and education.
