The Three Nations Cannabis dispensaries are owned and operated by Three Nations Management Corporation, a 100% tribally owned tribal corporation by the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony which is a federally recognized tribe. The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony is comprised of members and descendants of Washo, Paiute, and Shoshone Nations.
