The removal of milk solids makes it lactose free and gives it a high smoke point which makes it great for cooking. GHEE is a shelf-stable product, refrigeration not necessary. In this case if you want to make the servings 10 mg each you use 40 mg (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of CFH GHEE) and 2 teaspoons of non-infused GHEE or butter if you don’t have.
