Went yesterday to enjoy the holiday. While waiting outside a local distributor was telling me they were promoting a buy one get one deal. Cool! Figured that would be pretty straight forward. Waited in line and got into the back where a gentlemen starting "helping" us. I asked about the deal that was brought to my attention out front. To my surprise, the guy started talking down to me as if I was trying to commit a federal crime, basically saying it wasn't legal to do deals as a dispensary and just kept making me feel absolutely dumb infront of a ton of people. Now if he would have just said "Buy their product and go talk to them" they would be getting this review. But if you are going to run a business and work in customer service, I do not think you should be belittling customers the way they did. Especially on 4/20. Will be using Legacy Dispensary as they are nice, their facility is great, and you don't have to wait outside!
