My wife, who has a medical cannabis card, bought a product at the Paseo store yesterday, 4/24. When we reviewed the receipt today, she saw that she was charged twice for the single product. She went back to the store today to have the second charge refunded, and although the woman behind the counter, who sold my wife the product originally, admitted the mistake, but said she would not refund the money that was double charged. When asked why, she said "because it's cannabis." When asked for an explanation of that , she would only repeat "because it's cannabis." She offered to sell us more product. But the clerk, who was apparently the store manager, refused to refund the money and would not offer any further explanation. What store doesn't refund money when they double charge the customer and admit it's their fault? You apparently hire staff (managers) of very low intelligence. Given the plethora of dispensaries in this area, how can you afford to have such terrible customer service? My wife has been a regular customer because of her medical needs, but she will never shop at your store again. We will also warn all of our friends never to shop in your stores.
