I’m a regular and I’ll just say that no one in this building knows what they’re doing. They offer services to pay online and NONE of the staff knows how to go about using it, 4 people had to tell me “idk”. Mind you I use this payment option all the time. Why don’t you train your staff? Instead of having me stand there looking dumb because no one is able to actually help me. Honestly, every time I walk in it’ll take several people to help me. It’s ridiculous, I don’t blame the staff because they’re led by mentally lazy people. Or maybe get rid of the system if you’re not willing to teach it. To have 4 people be this incompetent is something else, and also arguing with me and embarrassing me in front of several people. Nevertheless I’m not going back, I was a loyal customer and even drove to the sea side location a lot. You guys are trash, there is many many other dispo’s in the area , going here isn’t necessary. F
