Would not recommend buying any products from their store. Device broke due to a manufactured design flaw, and didn't get to use device. I tried to contact the store manager as the manufacturer suggested. Spoke to a manager on the phone last Friday evening and was told he found my receipt and to send proof of damage to managers email. Email did not work , says undeliverable. Called back Tuesday and spoke to different manager who told me they didn't have my receipt suddenly and he was only able to give me 10% off my next purchase. What a slap in the face, $80 down the drain and no one could help me. Will definitely not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, better off checking out the other places across the street who actually care. I guess customer services doesn't mean much these days.
