Vertica is a great dispensary with an inviting atmosphere, excellent products, and exceptional staff like Casie. Casie’s friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness consistently elevate the customer experience. She goes above and beyond, making every visit enjoyable and reflecting Vertica’s commitment to quality service. However, my experiences with Robin have been disappointing. On several visits, she appeared unhelpful, unfriendly, and more focused on her phone than assisting customers. This lack of professionalism detracts from the overall experience and creates a sharp contrast to the high standards set by Casie. While I would love to give Vertica five stars, Robin’s attitude and behavior make it difficult. For now, I’m giving four stars in hopes that management addresses this issue and ensures that all staff embody the same dedication as Casie.
