Purchased a disposable cart from this place one day and it didn’t work so I went back the next day to hopefully exchange. The owner stated that a “new law” made it to where he had to charge me to replace it, which is not true. I still paid the 50% because if I didn’t I would be out a whole cartridge. Having talked to other dispensaries it appears that Timeless works well with dispensaries to replace faulty hardware so charging me because of this “new law” is scummy. From this interaction alone I have chosen not to return to this location as it seems like they are only interested in the profit.
