This place has gone down hill so fast within the year. From the staff being completely insensitive, unprofessional & completely disrespectful to their most valuable asset. The Customer. I had a small issue turned into a complicated one. Simply because the manager wouldn’t take accountability & refused to give me her name. As if she knew what she did was wrong & didn’t want to put her name out for people to see. How is someone a manager but doesn’t have a name badge on? All of the unnecessary hassles has accumulated to the point that it has me shopping at others. Additionally, knowing how the staff have been treating this situation & from what I see, as well as others. They won’t & do not care the slightest. I really hope the owner/s see this & take action towards it. I am not seeking anything in return. But someone seriously needs to be held accountable for the way the staff have been handling things lately…
