I have never had any issues with Wizard Hat Smoke shop. I go once every week or two to buy what I need and have never had any issues since January of this year. The manager is really great and usually can spend some time chatting and making sure you have what you need. I will say they have a 5 dollar minimum on any payment method other than cash, but that is typical of local stores from what I understand. I love all the friendly employees and if I'm ever pressed for time, they will always let me call ahead and have my order ready to pay for the second I get to the shop. I cannot say enough good things about them. I do not understand the negative reviews, but it seems like they are old. Perhaps things have changed for the better when I started going regularly, or perhaps I'm just lucky.
