I bought a brand new Rosin pen ( Mavricks Brand ) 2 days ago. I had barely opened the package. The pen itself did not work when I was trying out the product. It tasted like coil.. So I went in today to see if they can help me since I bought a defective pen ,around 8:30 pm. The female that helped was so ignorant and naive that she did not even care to help but told me I need to buy a new one . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
